Day 42, Berlin

Just hopping across the bridge to Poland while we were driving through Frankfurt an der Oder. We aren't allowed to take our rental car to Eastern Europe including Poland because the theft on certain car parts is so high. We had to cancel our plans to visit Prague because of this. We weren't sure if they would even allow our van through the border. Turns out there is no border since Poland also is in the EU... Well, here we are, walking across the bridge. We looked very touristy I think taking pictures of Słubice's town map etc. which for some reason caused a lady sitting on a bench just a little away yell and and scream at us. I'm sure it was the worst words possible coming out of her mouth for the 2 minutes she yelled at us by the sound of it. Then again, Polish sounds harsh no matter what. It was a very interesting first visit to Poland.

And so after 15 minutes in Poland, we are headed back to Germany
